The space and its conquest inspired the designers’ creativity, in the 1960’s, and they wanted to think new furnitures with new measures : speed, move and travel. In Italy, some designers didn’t totally cut with tradition by using classical materials as Murano glass but shapes were closed to Space Age. The experimentation created a surprising synthesis between materials tradition and organic shapes modernity that offered a travel between elegance and reverie.
