Large Art Deco style rattan armchair. Twisted rattan structure, inclined and rattan sticks openwork seat and back. Armrests and legs are made of one unique piece and composed with a rattan tubular structure.
Work realized around 1950s/1960s, in the style of Paul Frankl.
The armchair aesthetic can remind Paul Frankl’s one (1886-1958), Austrian Art Deco designer, bases on USA, he has designed the new American modern style thanks to simple shapes and innovative materials.
