Pair of armchairs in black lacquered wood and blue velvet. Slightly curved armrests supported by cone-shaped legs. Curved stretcher bars link legs on armchairs each side.

Entirely reupholstered in our workshop with a blue velvet by Maison Elitis, Gamme Private, référence LB690 45 “Royales servitudes”.

Arne Hovmand Olsen (1919-1989) was a Danish designer who met success in the United States in the 1960s. He did his woodworking apprenticeship then he studied furniture conception. He opened his own workshop and conceived modern style Scandinavian furniture characterized by refined lines, simple curves and conical legs.
