A la Reine Louis XVI style Armchair, giltwood and leather, 19th century
Flat-backed « À la Reine » Louis XVI style armchair in carved and giltwood. Standing on four fluted legs decorated with acanthus leaves and ending with turnip feet.
Console shaped armrest, adorned with acanthus leaves, joint with rosaces and curved backrest. Uprights decorated with beads, bead and reels and acanthus with beads twisted banderole.
Mahogany brown leather upholstery hit with little gilt irons on the seat, backseat and manchettes on arm.
Work of the 2nd half of the 19th century.
