Pair of Louis XV style bedside tables in mahogany and gilt wood, 1950’s

Pair of Louis XV style bedside tables in mahogany and gilt wood opening by a drawer and standing on four cabriole legs in gilt wood with wheat ears and finished in scrolls and cloven hoof foot. They are linked between them by a slightly scalloped mahogany shelf. Scalloped apron adorned with a shell, acanthus leaves, wheat ears and small flowers. Molded rectangular compartment in mahogany veneer opening by a drawer with two gilt brass buttons adorned with rosettes.
Chinese style lacquer trays with a black background and gilt decor of fans, flowers, bird and butterfly.

Work realized in the 1950’s.
