Dřevopodnik Holešov was a Czech company, founded in 1958. It consisted of twenty factories, all located in the same region of the Czech Republic, the four main ones of which were located in the town of Holešov. It was in 1961 that the technique of laminated wood, that is to say laminated wood, was tested. Dřevopodnik Holešov makes it his specialty, through his emblematic piece which is the claustra. The company then diversified its activities. It no longer produces these claustras today, which makes them sought-after vintage pieces.
