Italian chandelier in pink and transparent glass and gilt bronze, circa 1880

Chandelier in gilt bronze and pink and transparent glass. Model with a crown composed of gilt bronze pending rods supporting transparent glass drop tassels.
Central shaft composed of three pink glass balusters centred by a gilt brass stick. Decor of gilt bronze curved leaves and flowers on the superior third part. Similar decor of leaves linked to each other by swags of navette, bead, octagon and pending tassels on the second third.
On the shaft bottom, six S shape armlights are hung with gadroon decorated bobeches. Cups with a foliage ornaments and decorated with glass tassels. Swags of navettes, beads, drops and small flowers linking arms with each other.
Chandelier ending with a faceted transparent glass ball, topped by gilt bronze leaves and curved gilt bronze rods ending with drop tassels.

Italian work realized circa 1880.
