Carlo Nason (1935–) is an Italian designer. Passionate about Murano glass, he carries on the tradition of his family—one of Murano’s oldest families of glass artisans—by using this material to create a series of floor lamps. He demonstrates his affinity for modern design by blending various creative techniques to produce innovative and original pieces. He later chose the Mazzega company to produce and distribute his collection. Nason’s designs are known for their use of timeless curves.
