Jean Mayodon(1893-1967) was a famous French ceramist in the 1940’s, artistic adviser then briefly director of the French Manufacture de Sèvres. His favorite material was the enamel ceramic, with a rich decorative repertoire highly inspired by the Antiquity that highlights fantasy creatures or stylized animals enhanced by vivid colors.

Baptistin Spade (1891-1969) was one of the great name of the cabinetmaking of the Art Deco period. He is known for working with the architect Roger-Henri Expert for the decoration of the Palais de Chaillot and liner Normandie. He became one of the most important supplier of furniture creation for more than 30 liners since 1950.
