Silvered metal wine cooler realized by the Maison Bouillet Bourdelle with beads decorated circular feet, neck ring and mouth. Four acanthus leaves hang from the neck ring. Two acanthus leave shaped straight handles. Stamped B.B. 30.

The Maison Bouillet was founded in 1896 in Lyon by Henri Bouillet, who focused on the production of solid silver tables. In 1919, his son Laurent collaborates with the chaser F. Bourdelle. They developed the production of silver plated. From 1931, they are the first ones to use stainless steel which had a huge success in hotels and restaurants, and made the company obtain an award at the Universal Exhibition of 1937. They were also selected to create the silverware of the Concorde plane in the 1960s.
